From the very beginning, our V-Hotel was designed to be sustainable: When converting the former ruin of the “Haus der Jugendarbeit”, we preserved the reinforced concrete building fabric and saved around 416,000 kg ofCO2 by avoiding demolition!
The existing building gave us the layout and size of the rooms. Through a clever hotel concept, efficient use of space, smaller extensions and a lot of attention to detail, we have created a very individual four-star feel-good place for our guests and our team from the former ruin.
